SHOTS FIRED

what does one have to do with the other? LaLa intimidates J. Craw?
that's a stretch.

It makes literally no sense.  Crawford isn't intimidated.

she goes by the name Lala , what do you expect ?

It's like those dumb girls that post stuff like , "I want a man who will tell me I am beautiful , not hot " on their list of things they want in a man

Just dumb cliche nonsense that she came across in one of her stupid rag mags or something .... :P

just hope that when we force a game 7, everyone gives Crawford as much credit for being a genius as being an idiot right now.

again, i don't think that's what he said about Lala and I don't think he was wrong for talking some smack. The Knicks wore all black to MSG to have our funeral. So sorry that J. Crawford wanted to tell them how wrong they were. smh

She's dumb he didn't even say that about her, twitter had her all worked up for nothing. It's in the other thread what he said and its clear as day go back and watch video the last 5 words are "....before I *bleep* you up"

the knicks are idiots for wearing black, and crawford is an idiot for opening his mouth for 2 reasons....

1. it goes against everything kg was preaching in his post game interview with dickerson, which seems like it was a conscience decision by the team to put their hard hats on, close their mouths, and play scrappy.  doc was p---ed with crawford for a reason too.

2. crawford didn't even play

I understand what you are saying. Trust me, I am not bothered by a Celtic trash talking the Knicks. What I am bothered with is the way it was done and the situation.

I think trash talking is fine, but it's got to be done the right way because it can backfire VERY easily.

In other words, if the Celtics had already eliminated the Knicks and Crawford wanted to say something like "oh yeah, nice funeral you pansies" then great.

But the Knicks are still in control of the series, therefore I don't think we are in a position to trash talk.

Also, like you said, maybe Jordan didn't say anything about Melo's wife and if so, then that's a little better. BUT I think in ALL cases, you should never bring someone's personal life into the situation. Just keep the trash talking man to man, don't bring wives and family into it.

this is getting crazy. unless we have clear evidence that crawford said something about lala, this is absurd. if he did, that's stupid on his part and she's right to slam him. however...yeah...i don't see that via my amateur lip reading skills in the video. crawford denies saying anything about melo's wife. he should have kept quiet, period, but i'm not sure he was the instigator, and whatever, its bbal, ppl talk trash all the time.

I hate to defend Jordan Crawford, because he's the absolute wrost, but isn't La La on life's proverbial bench?

honestly, I think you people just don't like J Crawford and it's understandable. He wore weed socks to practice. I get it. Wouldn't be half this much talk if it was a JET or Jeff Green. You all would prolly celebrate JG for that ("ahhh he's finally showing emotion/he's not passive ahhh!")

What I'm not sure about though, is that it's wrong to trash talk. I wish we could've seen more how it developed. I have a hard time believing Raymond and Melo didn't say anything to him directly, he responded and that's why everyone got all worked up.

These past 2 games have been mental. Knicks looked ahead to the second round, thought they were going to get a sweep, and didn't. JR Smith wants to be cocky in the media, K-Mart wants to put on a show...BUT THEY CAN'T BACK IT UP. We should've BEEN swept.

We are hanging around. And I still don't plan on winning the series, but if we do, wouldn't it make sense that it's because this Knicks team is rattled by the mind-games? Look at the only game we won against the Knicks -- honey nut cheerio game where Melo was so mad he wanted to try to win the game by himself. It didn't work for him.

JR Smith said they woulda won if they had me in game 4 , so he tries way too hard in game 5 to back it up. AND HE CAN'T!! Kenyon wants to bury the Cs in game 5, AND HE CAN'T!!

If it's a mind game with the Knicks we have an obvious advantage. So when Raymond Felton finally has an awful game in game 6, again, I hope someone gives J Crawford credit. The Knicks are not positively influenced by trash talk like say, someone like the Heat. If the Knicks go off and advance, then great. They shoulda done that 2 games ago...we forced 2 games on them. They are worried -- everyone is worried. And I continue to say if this is a long series, I'm taking the Cs.

So Game 6 is obviously going to be interesting, but I can almost already feel the energy at TD Garden. And I have a hard time believing we will be eliminated, at home with the crowd backing us up. We are obviously a much better team at home. I'm not booking a win, but you're telling me I have to trust the Knicks to be completely mature about this situation and get the job done. I'm not solid on that.

Some news reporter is probably thinking, "lol I got everyone to think KG and Crawford were talking about Melo's wife, me so clever"

first of all...."you people"....dont make a donkey out of yourself by making false assumptions or grouping me with any group you have created.

my problem with crawford has nothing to do with his socks, not even his game (which i dont care for, as i think he is a spaz).....my problem with crawford is everything i said in #1 in my post you quoted.  it goes against everything kg stated in his interview, which sounds like it was a team decision/mentality, reinforced with doc's displeasure of crawford's behavior.

i dont know what he said, i dont care what he said....im upset he opened his mouth period. the fact that it could lead to "blackboard material" and can become a distraction for the team are my issues.  kg's remarks about not talking, just playing scrappy is exactly what this team needed to do.  crawford is just too stupid to "get it".
