2013 CB Historical Draft: Interest Thread, Rules(page 2), We Need Panelists

Teams will be assigned during the draft lottery at 7PM EST Friday Night.

After that if you guys want to do trades, fine, but none will be approved or published until Monday morning. See the rules on page 2.

I too prefer later afternoon, but if there's too much opposition to that I can make picks in class. My grades won't suffer too much
