I'd imagine us being in the 8th to 11th zone. Lots of upcoming east teams.

Raptors look really good. Cavs could bounce up, depending on who they can surround Kyrie with. 76ers with a healthy-ish Bynum?

If it were up to me, I would tank the season, especially with a loaded 2014 draft.
