He only coaches loaded teams, hence he had so many rings.

Raptors have a ton of potential in their roster.

I'd like to see Phil replace Bryan Colangelo as GM. That would be a great signing for Toronto.

Phil doesnt have the guts to accept that job.

He wouldnt even have to win a title there, if he could make them a contending/perennial playoff team it would cement his legacy as the best NBA coach ever.

But he wont.  Because he cant.  Because hes not.
