The difference between teams that get swept and teams that do good is that we are a veteran team who has been there and done that. Future hall of famers who know what to do and arent fazed by being down 2 games.

The way New York is playing and the way we've been playing, this is one hole that's going to be hard to dig ourselves out of, even though we'll be playing at home.  It's possible but I don't have my fingers crossed.  We're just too depleted this year.

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my

I think we win both home games. Look at our home vs road numbers this year. We are a good home team and a bad away team.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Does KG's most recent injury (from game 2) make you even more hopeful?

to be fair, we were down 2-0 versus miami last year and ended up bringing them to seven

the problem is, we are missing a guy who averaged 17/10/8...sure regular season rondo can be just "good" at times..but playoff rondo plays like one of the top 5players in the NBA

without him, too much pressure is being put on Pierce/KG..

We can win one or two at home. But after that is done. We couldn't win one the road in the playoffs last year and we're not as good a team now. So I don't see things getting better now.

Until I see Carmelo and JR Smith hit seemingly every shot they take in Boston, I'm going to believe the Celtics have a chance in this series.

Win the home games, make this a best-of-three series. The longer the series goes, the more pressure will be on the Knicks.

New York ran us out of our own building TWICE. And it wasn't even close.

So I don't know, really...

It's hard to remain optimistic with the way this team has been playing lately. I hate to admit it but losing Ray Allen was a bad hit. I'm starting to realize it now with the recent 2nd half droughts. He made the most timely shots that would get the team going.
PHX Suns: Russell Westbrook, Chris Bosh, Tristan Thompson, Trevor Ariza, Tony Allen, Trey Lyles, Corey Brewer, Larry Nance Jr., Trey Burke, Troy Daniels, Joffrey Lauvergne, Justin Holiday, Mike Muscala, 14.6

I'll see after the 3rd quarter.. I see Boston coming out hot on Friday and stout on D. But we cannot let another 2nd half bog us down. If we can come out and have a decent 3rd quarter and finish strong. We can go into sunday feeling good. But we shall see. I do have confidence that Boston comes out and wins Friday, but we cannot have a bad 2nd half again or its bye bye season.

I have to admit, I don't quite remember this game.

A three point loss doesn't seem like getting run out of the building, though.

That 3-point loss may not seem like it, but...yeah. We've struggled holding our own fort against the Knicks in past several meetings (including last year).

Rondo hit a jumper to make it 84-82 Knicks with just under 4 minutes remaining.

Winnable game.

With no Rondo, I don't like our chances of beating NYK in a 7-game series.

Sparz just won't take the L
It was close. And the last game against the Knicks, I believe that's when KG was out all together.

I say, once KG gets back into a rhythm we win. Otherwise, I'm glad I have something to do on Friday so I won't see the game.
