The whole team waits for Pierce to make a decision, and the offense becomes too stagnant! And he's slow to decide what move he's going to do. We won't win a game if we start every possession like that.

Just move the ball and drive. We shoot so many jump shots; our offense is made up of 85% jump shots, 15% pseudo fast break points.

If Doc is one of the best coaches out there, he has to adjust!

It seems to me that the problem with our offense is that we don't have enough guys who can consistently create offense.  As much as Jordan Crawford is a bit of a loose cannon out there, he's the only guy other than Pierce who seems like he can consistently be aggressive in looking to make something happen with the ball in his hands.

Based on our personnel right now, I think that running the offense through Paul Pierce is generally our best option.  Hopefully, KG can make himself more of a factor in the post back in Boston.  Otherwise, we could quickly be in even bigger trouble than we are in right now.
