Stop posting Pierce to start the offense!!

The whole team waits for Pierce to make a decision, and the offense becomes too stagnant! And he's slow to decide what move he's going to do. We won't win a game if we start every possession like that.

Just move the ball and drive. We shoot so many jump shots; our offense is made up of 85% jump shots, 15% pseudo fast break points.

If Doc is one of the best coaches out there, he has to adjust!

Not posting up Pierce. Post KG, kick out , pass, drive, pass, pass, then pass again. That's better than throwing it to Pierce, who holds the ball for 10 seconds, jab steps, then fakes, then shoots a jump shot or passes the ball but the guy who gets it shoots a jump shot too.

Last time I checked, Miami doesn't wait for LeBron to post up in order to start the offense, Thunder doesn't wait for Durant to post up in order to start the offense.

Doesn't matter. Woodson took some notes from the Heat and put Carmelo at 4, it did wonders for them.

Not learning from others because of our ego will not get us anyways, GUARANTEED...

Also, we have been doing the same thing and failing at it for most of the season, so is it that hard to learn from it?

It seems to me that the problem with our offense is that we don't have enough guys who can consistently create offense.  As much as Jordan Crawford is a bit of a loose cannon out there, he's the only guy other than Pierce who seems like he can consistently be aggressive in looking to make something happen with the ball in his hands.

Based on our personnel right now, I think that running the offense through Paul Pierce is generally our best option.  Hopefully, KG can make himself more of a factor in the post back in Boston.  Otherwise, we could quickly be in even bigger trouble than we are in right now.
