  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.
San Antonio vs. New Orleans 2008

Cleveland vs. Detroit 2007

Miami vs. Dallas 2006

Washington vs. Chicago 2005

All underdog teams who started the series down 2-0 and came back to win the series.

A series doesn't start until a home team loses a game.  Lets talk Friday and see where things stand.

(Not to mention Dallas vs. Houston 2005, Utah vs. Houston 2007, Lakers vs. SA 2004 who lost their first 2 HOME GAMES and ended up still winning the series.)

None of those teams scored 8 points in a single quarter.

Could we have traded Pierce for Harrison Barnes, and then traded KG for Eric Bledsoe and DeAndre Jordan a few months ago? I think we would've at least stolen a game against New York with those three in this roster.
Only if KG had said yes. And he wouldn't. And no, we wouldn't be playing NY right now with a roster like that.
Peace through Tyranny

Look, I know most of us are upset right now at what we see, but let's not jump off the cliff JUST YET, lol...

Now..it's OK to APPROACH the cliff...but walk slowly....VERY SLOWLY....series IS NOT over.

Don't jump just yet!  :)

A lot of us are dangling off the cliff, actually. On a thinning rope.

Carmelo is actually a potential HOF

Anyway, I hate cry babies

Think he was referring to Fab Melo.

And furthermore, I am very surprised to hear someone on Celtics Blog refer to Carmelo is a potential HOF.

To the OP- I echo your sentitments my friend. Just because we are disappointed in our team doesn't make us any less fans than those with the green-tinted glasses.

Let's hope our team can make believers out of us in the next 3-4 games.

  • About five seconds after 17 O'clock!!

I have had this issue all year. I have said time and again that the team was a .500 ball club that needed to get blown up and even be down right bad to get better.

So you wonder just how many times you're going to insist on saying this. Most people would realise they have made their point rather than concoct thread after thread stating the same thing.

Celts aren't losing Game 3.  Not in that atmosphere on Friday night.  No way. Id be extremely shocked.

Knicks held serve at home.  Now it's the Celtics turn.  It's not a series until the home team loses a game.  Then you start getting real nervous.
