I agree that Kidd is the kind of defender that can really negate a height/size mismatch with smart play, you really do need to attack him and take advantage of the fact he has lost a step.
Its still an advantageous match-up but I think the fact that it makes Pierce a liability on the defensive end and probably really drains his energy (not only for the game, but the series) doesn't make it worthwhile.
I think Lee starting with Green playing the 4 and Bass off the bench is the lineup I'd like to see, but his offense has been a bit suspect. If we are still struggling after tonight I would be willing to start Crawford. I know people say they don't trust him but I'd be willing to take a chance on his ability to explode rather than watching us struggle to keep up.
