It's tough to watch Pierce and KG like this. I guess we can all just pray that we can win at home. The Celtics did it all season

No other team is as allergic to the paint as this Celtics team.  It's so awful to watch.  This is a crime against basketball, repeating the same plays five times in a row, taking only jumpshots, not getting to the line, never getting second chance points.  This is such an illogical team.  Who crafts this blueprint?

I agree—this team totally defies logic. It's in the blood of most basketball players—even rec league guys—to attack the rim as much as possible, but not these guys. Most coaches pull players who are stinking it up, but not Doc. Most coaches make adjustments if things aren't working, but not Doc. Most GMs sign good veteran players who are available late in the season (K-Mart), but not Danny.

Hate the effort the team has played with in the second half.

Sleep-walking.

Jeff Green has 1 rebound in 33 minutes. I don't even know how that happens.

Disgusted right on down the line, Ainge whiffed on a bunch of signings and signed unproven players that he knew Doc wouldn't play in the postseason. Doc is just stubborn. Pierce looks old and washed up when he has to handle the ball, Green could just dominate the Knicks with free throw attempts if he wanted to. It's just such a winnable series and we showed no composure whatsoever, starting realize that we will probably be eliminated in the first round and make big offseason changes, quite a blow after coming so close last year but I guess that's what happens when you lose Rondo. Also Jason Terry must not fit in on this roster because he is awful, he made a few threes earlier but a couple of first half shots and terrible defense isn't going to win a series.

I said it before this team
won't win another title with doc as coach

LOl you don't think the players have anything todo with this?

Of course they do, but when you get demolished out of half time, make no adjustments, let runs get out of control, and call asinine rotations TWO games in a row, it has a lot to do with coaching.

At least the Celtics are losing with character guys in the locker room instead of possibly winning with bigs who can actually see playoff time like Martin and Anderson. Ainge knows how to pick'em!

KMart just devoured Bass.

Again, what the hell was Ainge thinking?  He would have practically played for free, yet somehow we didn't want him.

For those who blinked, Shav played .4 seconds in the 1st half.

Kenyon Martin is terrific. I love his game.

Physical toughness. Hard nosed defensive play. Strong man-to-man defender. High quality team defender. Athletic. Quick. Shot-blocking. Rebounds. Passes well on offense. Finishes around the basket. Hits the occasional jumper.
