Nice move by Spoelstra to have Ray out there being guarded by West instead of Battier. Battier is not that difficult for West to guard because he doesn't move around at all, mostly just standing for entire possessions in the corners or the wing. All West has to do is not stray too far. Battier's been bothered by West's extremely long arms contesting his shot.
Ray presents a bigger challenge because he moves all over the court and can also take West off the dribble.
