This Gasol ZBow front line is a thing of beauty to watch. Neither are athletic freaks, but both very fundamentaly sound

Deron WIlliams is super overrated. Only 1-8 in 3OT? Some "superstar". Even Rondo would have scored more than that, and he "can't shoot".

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
Marc Gasol takes jump shots. But he doesnt jump. So, is his "jump shots" still called jump shots?

Seriously though, outside of that fade away at the end of the third, I didn't see any lift at all. It's like he tip toes and shoots.

Man that was a soft foul on Blake Griffin.

For a guy who can jump high, he doesnt wanna do it on defense.

I'd call it a set shot.

The Clippers have underachieved this year. They are a better squad than they have shown.

Need to bring a quality coach to replace Vinny Del Negro. Del Negro is a fine transitional coach but now they need a finisher. Someone who can take them to the next level.

Need to upgrade their starting wings too. Bring in better defensive players. Billups (weak defender) and Butler (below average) are too vulnerable together from a defensive standpoint as a pair of starting wings. Crawford (lousy defender) and Barnes (below average) off the bench doesn't help this situation much either.

39-23 rebounding....

89-72 Grizz. 18-5 thus far in the fourth (Celtics-esque for the Clippers.)

I like the size and length of this Grizzlies unit with Quincy Pondexter (SF), Tayshaun Prince (SG) and Darrell Arthur (PF). Nice versatile defenders who can switch as much as they want.

Coaching and wing play are very obvious weaknesses for the Clips.  They definitely need to shore those up moving forward.
