A team that relies on jump-shots will never win close games, well, it won’t win many games for that matter.

kg jump shots and bass jump shots, no one goes on offensive boards
shavlik is the only person doing his job, and so is sully staying at the middle

imagined a dou of kg/jefferson, kg/gortat, kg/varejao, kg/vucevic,

i don't know why doc loves jumpshooters and don't care on low post scorers and low post defense and offense, which we don't have, but moving forward shavlik can fill the roll
jumpshots vs knicks heat pacers brooklyn bulls will never ever beat them...
put bass and green on the bench, pierce need a good rest sub by green, imma put starter kg and shav, with wilcox as back-up center, i know bass and wilcox line-up not bad
with carmelo and knicks getting those winning streak, vs our jumpshots.. will not save us, with miami heat with ray allen floor spacing, perimeter shooters, man this is tough to win... put shav and kg now, 4 and 5 are somewhat balance, while shavlik box out, kg can grab some rebounds... pair them with pierce and bradley and terry, for the experienced... i don't see green getting 20+ a game come playoffs, its pierce will do the job...

evans showed us that 10points don't win games, i rather have 1 point but 13 rebounds which help cuz lopez williams wallace score more than 15+ points it really help a lot

i rather have shavlik on the court grabbing 9 or 15 rebounds and 3 or 4 points only given 20+ minutes...
than bass 29+ minutes 10 points 3 rebounds

I'm still hoping Wilcox/Shav get some of Bass's minutes, despite Bass's recent upsurge.

Bass getting 20-24 minutes a game (rather than his current 25-30) while Wil/Shav share the rest of the minutes would make them all more effective in my opinion. All three of them seem to be nice spark plug type players.

The power forward by committee thing seems pretty nice.

low post threats dont grow on trees. Also, stop saying al jefferson, he's not coming anywhere near this team.

I dont mind having a person thats post game is good but can then come out and shoot a 15-17 footer. Like they said today. Lopez has probably been top 3 centers this year. he has a good low game and when needed can come out and drain a distance shot.

stretch bigs just seem to be a thing in the game today. Its not like back in the days where you have just dominant big men pounding glass and put back dunks.

Do we have to overreact over every single loss? One bad shooting night doesn't mean jump shots aren't working. Didn't we just have a game recently where we were hitting everything? Sheesh people..........I will agree that if we're having a game where the shots aren't falling then we need to make it a requirement to go to the basket more and post up.

I would like to see more dribble penetration. A perimeter player who can get into the paint. This team is too reliant on Rondo for dribble penetration.

Diversity in offense keeps a D honest.

And yet they've not even bothered to try Shav in that role.
