Can they?  Sure, it's not impossible, the Heat still have to win the games.

Will they?  Virtually no chance.

They have no chance with Stern at the helm, the refs beat us last year and they are not going to let the Heat lose until the finals if at all.  They may lose a game but not a series.

Do you think it's the refs that will keep the Bucks from winning the series?

Bucks don't have the STAR POWER to offset the HEAT STAR POWER to garner the refs calls,   you have to have Kobe, Durant  to get "EQUAL" or close treatment .

Deck is stacked in the HEAT favor , from having the best player, home court and the Refs on their sides.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
I am amazed that so many people answered no.

The question posed was CAN the Bucks beat the cHeat. With "can" being the operative word, I think that the answer is a clear "yes".

Nope. There is no conceivable outcome in which the Bucks beat the Heat. They cannot. They cannot, they will not, they shall not.

They cannot beat them in the road, they cannot beat them ala mode. They cannot beat them in their home, they cannot beat them with a tome.

They cannot beat them on a bus, they cannot beat them with a fuss. They cannot beat them in a car, they cannot beat them near or far.

They cannot beat them here or there, they cannot beat them anywhere.

They cannot beat the Miami Heat, they are ill prepared for such a feat.

If LeBron misses the entire series, the Bucks might be able to push it to 6 games at most.

The Bucks can't win the series, but if the Heat look past them they could manage to make it kind of tough for them though.

Mbah A Moute has the skills to guard LeBron as well as anybody else in the league.

They have the size inside to cause some problems for the Heat offensively and guard Bosh fairly well. (SANDERS, Ilysova Dalembert, Przybilla, Udoh)

And if Ellis, Jennings, Reddick and Dunleavy shoot the lights out, while the Heat struggle to knock down their shots, they could easily steal a few games.

I think its an exaggeration to say all of the Big 3 have to go down for the Bucks to actually have a chance to win. I think if any of them go down the Bucks would have a chance, not a good chance, but a chance. If Mbah A Moute can hold LeBron to human stats and Bosh goes down they could dominate inside, or if Wade goes down and the shoot well they could win.

Realistically though as long as the Heat have LeBron they will win. I just hope the Bucks find a way to steal a few before they do.

I was wondering the same thing.  Oh wait:  what if the Heat peaked too early?😄

Bucks beating the Heat in a 7 games series?  No way in hell dude.

But hey,  it would be nice😎

Miami should sit its three best players, and still win. ;D

In theory, sure.

Can David beat Goliath?

Can Douglas beat Tyson?

Can Westley out-duel Inigo Montoya and then best the Giant in a battle of strength?

As inconceivable it sounds, these things can happen.

Will it happen?...   It would take a miracle.

When I first heard that Bucks were in 8th, my first thought was that they could give Mia trouble... I doubt they will win but I honestly think they can rough them up. If Bucks can just rattle the cHeat, bang and bruise them, it would make it easier for SOMEONE to take them out!

Sure, maybe the Bucks can't beat them even if one of the baby 3 goes down, BUTTT if that player can't return it makes it easier for the round 2 opponent.

I think that if Wade goes down, so will the cHeat... people just don't realize how big he is for their success because Broid outshines him. The cHeat didn't start playing better until Wade did (rounded into shape and got healthier) even with how well Broid was playing the entire season!

So my answer is NO but there is small chance... also, they could help other teams take them down. 0.0
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Will it happen?...   It would take a miracle.

The problem here is that David has to beat Goliath 4 times.  Buster Douglas has to beat Tyson 4 times.  A one-game scenario lends itself to luck.  Anything can happen in a one match scenario.  In a 7 game series?  The better team wins most of the time, especially when there is such a severe gap.

The HEAT have arguably the three best players in the series, the best record in the league, the better defense, the better offense, more experience, home court, and are playing against a below .500 team.  This can't be ignored.  The Bucks are not even a .500 ball club.  This isn't Memphis vs. San Antonio or Golden State vs. Dallas of prior years.  The Bucks also aren't exactly on a roll - they've won 3 of their last 10.  I just don't see how the Bucks are even considered a good team, nevermind one capable of upsetting Miami.

A formula for upsetting the HEAT doesn't begin with tiny guards jacking up inefficient long jumpers.  Check out the FG% and the TS% for Jennings and Ellis, the Bucks two leading scorers.  It is grim.  If the HEAT don't beat the Bucks, the Bucks will beat themselves.  Simply not a good team.

  • Everyone's excited for the new era.
Miami in 5.

Milwaukee usually closes with Jennings-Ellis-Redick-Ilyasova-Sanders.  They might want Mbah-a-Moute out there to defend LeBron, though, so sit Ilyasova.

This is advantageous for Miami, because they can put LeBron/Wade on the guards, have Battier guard Redick, and keep Allen on the floor to shoot while hiding him defensively on MaM.  Bosh can check Sanders.
