Can. As he has the potential. Not will. He's showing glimpses more and more frequently but it's nowhere near a certainty that he can be an all star, let alone a legend

He didnt say "can" he said he will be. just like in rondo's rookie season, he predicted rondo to be the best point guard 3 years later.
