None.

I am a Celtic fan, not an NBA fan.

Wouldn't watch the NBA if not for the Cs.

When the Cs lose in the playoffs. I don't watch anymore, I start looking at the draft.

this -- it's as if I wrote it myself

I'm definitely more of a celtics fan than an NBA fan. Still, I watched the finals last year rooting for OKC to beat the heat.

But was it for the love of the NBA? Or just to hope the Heat lose!

I'm adding Golden State to my list.
Thing is, it's a pretty big mix for me.

I kind-of like Klay, but sometimes he misses too much for me.
I love Steph because how could you not? I always thought he was injured too much, but watching him play is beautiful.
I loved Draymond Green since he was at MSU, he was the only thing that kept me watching college basketball.
I don't care for Jarrett Jack or Carl Landry.
I never really liked David Lee, he's annoying.
I thought Andrew Bogut was always injured too, but maybe he'll "pull a Steph".

They're one of my nicer teams now.

I also added Houston.

The Grizz is easily my 2nd favorite team behind the c's. The grizz play hard, have stars but no super stars and I love Conley! He is the most underated pg out there! the dude can ball for sure!

not a favorite team, but in terms of current roster, I like the Grizzlies. I want Marc Gasol in Celtic green, and Darrell Arthur would be great, too.

Rooting for any team playing against the Fakers or the Heatles, though.

Spurs, Grizzlies and Nuggets in some order.  This current Wizards team is growing on me as well.

Really, though, I'm an NBA fan and every team has a few players who I enjoy watching.

Teams still in the playoffs I'm rooting for:

1-OKC-For some reason I just can't root for Westbrook and for some reason I can't help but root for Durant. Hate to see anyone injured but no Westbrook makes it easy to root for OKC. I'm just getting so sick of the media's crush on  LeBron. A Durant title as the lone star left on his team would trump LeBron's title with his Super Friends.

2-Spurs- Love Pop, love Duncan, love their professionalism. Maybe its because they are built a lot like the Celtics. There are some similarities between Pop/Doc, Duncan/KG, Parker/Rondo, Ginobili/Pierce.

3-Chicago- Obviously I'm rooting for Thibs. The defense and heart obviously reminds me of the not so distance past. They would be #1 on my list if not for Noah. I can't stand him but I can appreciate the way he plays because the similarities to KG on defense is apparent especially in Thibs defensive schemes.

4-Indiana-Not much to hate about this team. George and Hibert are likeable and West's tenacity is fun to watch. I love defensive teams and they were the best in the NBA for most of the year.

5-Memphis- Tony Allen! For all the abuse he took by Celtic fans (myself included), I can't help feel like one of our own went out into the real world and made us proud. Absolutely love the way Marc Gasol plays.

Teams in the playoffs I'm not rooting for:

1-Miami- I still think that the 2008 Cs are the best championship team in the last decade and this Miami team is threatening that. My hatred for LeBron has been tempered by my appreciation for him. I just can't stand Wade and Bosh irritates me. Ray disappointed me by going to Miami and don't even get me started on Riley.

2-NY- Ugh...Sick of hearing the media saying the torch has been passed in the Atlantic. While technically true because they won the division and beat us in the 1st round, I would like to think we would have beaten them with "Playoff" Rondo. I have no love whatsoever for JR Smith.

3-Golden State- Something about Mark Jackson rubs me the wrong way. I couldn't stand him as an announcer and I like him even less as a coach.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
The Grizzlies. They remind me of our grit and balls style. They slow the game down and force you to play at their pace through their big men.
No superstar drama, they bring it even though they are always seemingly the underdog.
If they could get a little more scoring at the SF position now that Gay has gone they'd go all the way I think. (or at least dispose of the West pretty easily).
The X factors for them this season are Conley and Bayliss- both exceeding expectations and putting Gay's scoring load on their back.
They should get past OKC but Miami will be tough.
Although the Mavs beat the Heat by forcing them to play big so it will be interesting to see if Miami can hit their 3 point shots against Memphis- good 3 pt defending team too.
Gasol and Zeebo are just tough as nails.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.
