What I find interesting is Randolph with 21:55 of playing time, Wilcox starting but with only 12:55.  I didn't see the game, so I don't know why the minutes were allocated thus.

When KG gets back, will we see Garnett and Bass seeing 30 mpg, Green playing 35 minutes split between the forward spots, and Randolph taking up the rest of the minutes in the big man rotation, with Wilcox and White usually not playing?

I said it shortly after we signed Shav; he will be a useful player for the C's.  The man is not without talent.

Shav is easily better than DJ White, and probably better than Wilcox too.  He just needs time to get back into the swing of the NBA.  If he can regain his confidence, with time, he will be a solid contributor.

JET has had other games like that this year. It usually goes unnoticed tho. I usually only see JET getting attention when he plays poorly.

Probably cause he usually plays poorly in losses and when he plays great...another player(on the team)played even better. So the focus is on that player. Like PP or Shavlik tonight.

That's a poor excuse to not give credit to terry when he plays well. So what, we only focus on the player that plays the absolute best and ignore the rest of the team?

Unfortunately, that's the way it usually goes. You see this in the media as well. The ESPN headline for the game is "Celtics ride Pierce's triple-double past Hawks".

I'm hoping for:
-him and Wilcox to come off the bench the rest of the season and playoffs this year (when KG comes back), would be a nice bench spark
-him to play with Sully next year (it's like having two Sullingers, no rebounds for the opposing team)

So Jet is in a no-win situation when he lights it up it does not matter because that is what is expected, but when he does not light it up he gets blamed.

I think he was the most effecient shooter today if he shot 70% from the field, and that should be commended despite the big night from Shav and Paul Pierce.
