Pat Riley's right. I should manage my own team. I complained a lot to the officials. And I'm right, LeBron should be embarrassed about how he complains about the calls he gets.

Well, I guess that ends it. I wish Ainge wouldn't give in...

Funny. Riley is a laker at heart. Never forget that. Interesting how celtics fans obviously hate la but we despise the heat. Ultimately it's bc they took the 2008 celtics blueprint of a big three and used collusion bc their single super star method couldn't beat us. They colluded to create their win big three and it was the only way a team like Boston could be overcome.

At the core of that manipulation was Riley. A laker. Arguably the most successful laker coach ever. The architect of show time.

Just funny how it all comes back to Boston and la.

Lebron was one of Riley's pawns. His queen if this were chess. It's not Lebron for why we despise Miami. He's only the figure head. It's actually Riley and his laker roots!

danny ainge hasnt ended it, he didnt back down from his comment. He literally repeated it after pat riley says he should shut up. Think about that. he's trolling the heat and theyre taking the bait.

It's just funny how mad Pat Riley got about it, honestly what does he care what Danny says? It wasn't even that bad of a comment.

Exactly! Danny really got into their heads with this, it's awesome! I almost expect Riley's next response to be "your momma!"

Speak for yourself. I don't despise the Heat--they're just a very good basketball team that happens to beat my favorite basketball team sometimes.

Historically--they've got the best player in the league, and at least one more HoF player. But who really cares about the Miami Heat? That's like people "hating" the Magic after they bounced us in the ECF a few years ago.

On the other hand, I respect the Lakers as a franchise. Between our two teams we own the most important rivalry in the NBA--who holds the most titles in NBA History. Once South Beach starts to get close to us in titles, wake me up... until then, who really cares about the Miami Heat?
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

I thought this was going to be a thread about Shimmer Floor Wax but here goes:

For a team that has knocked the C's off the last few seasons they seem to be more the ones with the chip on their collective shoulder. From Riley (Kane's probably right about the angry Laker past), to Lebron (I guess Cavs days)to Wade(jerk), to every fan on Real GM that fills up the General Board with GIFs of Lebron dunking on JT, they just seem to be really bitter and childish.

I would think our side would be more irrational and angry...

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
I don't think Danny 'Got into their heads', I think Danny took a shot at Lebron and Pat backed up his guy.
