I liked Jeff Green since he was at Georgetown. He might not be a superstar but he is very good.  Could be sixth man of the year this year.

Was really happy for Green last night. He played out of his mind, in one of the most meaningful games of the regular season on national TV when his team needed him to step up.

I hope it's a revelation of things to come.

Jeff deserves praise for his come back and unselfish play and undying attitude to be a major part of the Celtics team.

Thanks Jeff for hanging tuff with all you 've had to deal with.

Wow, now he's set the bar much higher than we ever imagined. He's got the trey's and a drive finished high off the glass. Cool.....they'll block some but he'll get his share. My favorite position when a player can play it is Forward. This Celtic Team is much fun to watch.

.......against the arguably (makes me sick to say it)best team in the NBA and against (this makes me more sick to say)the best player.

I was never rough on this guy, I thought he was the future. I thought I was wrong, But it's turning around quick.
I think he + Rondo + *insert star here* = our future.

Could it be Avery Bradley and Jared Sullenger? Then I think if OKC amnesties Kendrik Perkins, he would come back to Boston.

Could be Sully, but I see him as like a solid 10 10 guy in the future. More a role player than a star. I say like a chubbier/smaller version of Joakim Noah on the boards, and maybe a poor man's Zach Randolph. But that's still pretty good.

I say like a decent big man, like Greg Monroe and the likes.

This kid did things last night that I never realized he could do. And he did them over and over at will. And a few of his drives were against birdman.  I was very pleased with his performance and look forward to this aggressiveness MUCH more often from here on out!

hats off to JG!!!  MVP lol....Loved it!

  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.
GAME WINNNNNERRR!!!

Y'know what I love about that last play? Green was aggressive in getting to the basket. Most players would've done a catch and shoot. Green, knowing that the Cavs can't afford to foul him, drove like a freight train to the basket.

Good play by Doc setting up a lane for Green; his man was stuck on Pierce's good screen. 12 point comeback!
I like Marcus Smart

Really cool. Doctor's name is Lars Svensson, based in Cleveland.

Congrats to Jeff on his game winner.

These moments will not only help him regain his confidence , but will help the Celtics regain some of their own mojo.

With so many Celtics falling to injury,  nice to have one bright spot

Bradley and Sullinger will be decent players, but they're not going to be stars by any stretch of imagination.
