Return Service Requested?

I bought something online and received the package but it has a label that says "Return service requested" any help on what it means, do i have to return the item?

I believe it means that if the item can't be delivered due to an incorrect address, the shipper has requested return of the package.

In other words, it means nothing as far as you, the recipient, is concerned.
