The biggest question to me this offseason, is where will Osi end up?

I mean, I'd really like to see him back with the Giants, but I know there is just no way they'll give him the money he is looking for.

So, I guess I'm wondering if there is a team out there that is willing to give him the money he's looking for.

I am somewhat surprised the Pats haven't brought him in yet.

My guess is because he is a locker-room distraction.

He was an contract distraction in the offseason, but during the season, no problems.  The Giants owners have talked about how they wish they could bring him back.

I dunno, he has just always seemed like a headache to me.  I think Bill had enough of that with Adalius thomas.

Though Osi has always been a productive headache.

Only to the GM.

His teammates and coaches had nothing but good things to say about him.

Didn't be have injury issues the past couple seasons? (Osi)

Either way, they really need to give Chandler Jones some help on the other side so I wouldn't mind Osi, Abraham, or Freeney.

Osi won't be a Pat b/c of money.   It's pretty much as simple as that.

Belichick has rarely broken the bank for DE (Adalius Thomas was a hybrid & that didn't go too well) and I don't see it happening with a 31 year old no matter how talented he might be.

My guess is that Freeney would come in a lot more cost effective if that Pats were to get him.

I generally like Barnwell's take on things. Saw some comments in this thread about veterans and was reminded of his articles: he thinks there will be a surplus of cheap, solid, veterans available in FA:

Btw, really like the Stephen Jackson signing for Atlanta.

An upgrade on the corpse of Michael Turner.  That team is definitely loading up again.

Reports Nnamdi that Asomugha & Charles Woodson could be close to signing with SF.

Niners are really going all in right now.  Plus, they have a slew of draft picks this year.

About the only thing I know about that guy is that he's a WR and he got absolutely lit up by Wilfork in a game once.
