With all the talks about Pierce taking the night off tonight, I would like to see what Shavlik can do at the 4 or 5 tonight.
I hope he gets some playing time.
And I hope Mullens doesn't go off like he did the last time we played them.

I want Peirce and KG to get the night off.  Or at the very least, give KG limited mins with Shav and/or White to help them on defense.

Then give 40 mins to Green, TWill, Crawford, White and Shavlik, and however many to the rest of our rotation.

We could even give JET a break too.

This may happen if Celtics also chose to rest Doc Rivers.

I agree, release the Shavlik!! I mean literally, release the Shavlik. Like, literally waive the Shavlik so we can release him.

Haha, we need an insurance "big" though, even if Doc would never play them. Is there anyone else available in the market?

Didn't this guy say when asked what he can do for the Celtics, "I can give you 20 and 10"? ::)
"If somebody would have told you when he was playing with the Knicks that Nate Robinson was going to change a big time game and he was going to do it mostly because of his defense, somebody would have got slapped."  Mark Jackson

Was at the game last night.  He was painfully HORRIBLE!!!!  There HAS to be a better big man over seas or in the D-league.  Come on Danny.
