If you were White/Randolph; Would you want to rot on the bench and watch your team make a nice playoff run or sign with a bad team and show what you can do?
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I'd like to see DJ White get a small amount of minutes.

if i was on the cletics, and in competition with another player for minutes...i would just tell doc that..psssst, het doc...this guy said he LIKES to REBOUND the ball.....LOL..THEN you know you would play before him.....so white and robinson won't play...robinson swore he could rebound like mad when he came here..."Dead man walking!!!"
