The problem with the Brazilian towers idea is that neither project to ever be good offensive player
"Strengths: An athletic specimen ... Shows tremendous length and great balance ... Runs the floor like a deer, makes quick moves. Can change directions quickly. Very springy ... A big time shot blocker using his length and leaping ability to be an eraser around the basket ... Excellent on the break where he uses his tremendous fluidity and speed to convert dunks ... Shows some offensive ability with a solid shooting touch and ability to knock down free throws ... Tremendous rebounder. Shows good hands."
http://www.nbadraft.net/players/lucas-nogueiraWhat I like that is mentioned "eraser around the basket", "excellent on the break", "speed to convert dunks" , "some offensive ability with a solid shooting touch and ability to
knock down free throws ...
Tremendous rebounder. Shows good hands."
add all that up and he MAY be the perfect center for Rondo! if he develops into that center you start rondo, bradley, green, sully, and Lucas with Fab off the bench......that team needs a shooter but 2 yrs from now and that team COULD be really good
