23 points 21 rebounds 11 blocks

Wow this nobody is slowly turning into a somebody.
I love this kids hustle.
A 20/20 game is incredible, and to top that he has 11 blocks.

Gotta hand it to the kid, as much as he gets on my nerves when we play the Bulls.

I'd love to see him in Celtic Green someday.

He's a great starting center. Noah's what allows the Bulls to be as great as they are defensively. He's tall, lengthy, athletic and plays with heart. IMO, he's a slightly better version of Tyson Chandler.

Man, I wish we had a guy who could get triple doubles and stuff the stat sheet and win games.

I definitely agree that he is slightly better than Chandler, He can score in a lot of different ways, and much more active in all aspects of his game.

Tyson Chandler, I'd say is a little bit predictable.
When he sets a pick he's gonna Roll 99 percent of the time.
He's gonna be tapping out rebounds.
And he's gonna try and dunk it every time.

Can't stand this guy.  Just looking at him rubs me the wrong way - one of the most horrible guys in the NBA to watch play.  He looks like a train wreck, he always has a facial express that looks like his trying to squeze out a #2 on the toilet, and he has quite literlly THE ugliest jumpshot I think I have ever seen.  Plus he is such a whiner - whines and complains constantly about everything that happens on the court.

Sure the man can play, but he has to be top 5 among my most disliked guys in the NBA - he's up there with MWP actually on that list.

But then he's also bigger, more athletic, better (IMHO) defensively and more efficient offensively - he may not score in as many ways, but he's been shooting upwards of 60% from the field for a good couple of years now.

Plus Chandler has a big part in the Mav's winning a title, wheras Noah thus far has yet to win anything.

Noah is better at stuffing the stat sheet, but if I had a choice I'd probably still choose Chandler. He just seems to have more 'veteran savvy' about him and has that 'good leader' mentality while Noah kinda comes across as a whiny brat that just like to punch things.

Question!
Would you feel different if he played for the Celtics, and he's getting us wins?
Just curious.

Lol, well obviously, I'd take KG over Noah 10 out of 10 times, and twice on tuesday.

But you can't deny this kids will to win, and his intensity, he may not have the star quality, but the dude is mad efficient, and gets things done in his own ugly way.

KG is definitely still better than Noah.  Noah will never his in life be anything close to what KG is offensively at 36.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Is .457 from the field really that efficient for a center that doesn't really shoot jump shots?

Stats are Stats.
Watch the game.
By efficient, I mean, he doesn't try and do anything outside of his skill set.
He's gonna rebound and he's gonna get lay ups and dunks, and shoot those ugly ass jump shots when he's free.
That's his game. Nothing more nothing less.

Call me when Tyson Chandler gets a triple double.

I see a changed man.

When he had that greasy long pony tail he was an absolutely insufferable human being. But this Noah well...

He spent his off season working with Kareem which is brilliant.  It seems everyone and his grandma spend a week or two with Hakeem ever since he showed Kobe how to master the post. They may pick up a trick or two but for players like Dwight it seems like it's more of a pr stunt.

Noah has learned how to seal defenders off in a way that was absent from his early years. Kareem has shown him an offensive game to compliment his already stellar defense. Not to mention he recently gave props to KG instead of cussing him out like he used to.

I for one would love for Noah to take the reigns from KG and keep us a hit you in the mouth defensive juggernaught for years to come.

To be fair Tyson did just get 28 boards the other day. Might not be a triple double but still an amazing performance.

I'm not trying to take away anything from Tyson Chandler, I'm just saying that Noah has a better all around game than Chandler.
