Hate them all you want (I know I do), but the Heat are really looking tough. Since the loss to the Celtics on the day Rondo went down, I do not believe they have lost -- 9 in a row. Lebron is other worldly right now and they are playing smothering defense. No one is going to stop them in the east. Only question is, dos OKC or the Spurs have enough coming out of the west to beat them? I see a repeat then a three-peat. Sickening.

Not concerned about the Heat at all. If a team is not properly equipped to deal with the Heat, particularly on wing defense, they're primed to kill you.

We have that more than covered. They won't have an easy time against the Celtics, if they manage to beat us that is.

Same thing was said on our last match-up, and we won despite the sudden surprise loss of Rondo, and losing Sully early in the game. Not that it means much all told.

We match-up incredibly well against the Heat.

... and out best player is hurt.  And we have no big depth.

Hey I think the matchup is better than most teams and we have tough defenders to throw at both Wade and LeBron, but saying "not concerned" is laughable.

OP, you're going to look like the greatest mind in b-ball if Miami wins it all this year. You are clearly seeing something that only a select few have the ability to comprehend. Truly a modern day Nostradamus.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for breaking down for the rest of us the greatness that is the Miami Heat.

Doesnt really matter until the playoffs.

Ive seen countless teams (including us) limp in and do well and they exact opposite happenas well.

Plus its a little early to be rounding into form unless they continuebthe next 30 games and intonthe playoffs. They may just be putting too much on the gas to early.

In any case im not buying the spurs this year as year after year thsy give me reason not too.Would not be shocked if they lost in the first round this year with people making up the excuses of the reason being "match up issues"

Forget the records, be realistic and look at our team and look at their team. Do this without the fanboy goggles on. If you do this correctly, I guarantee you see a heat team that is far superior.

Us beating the best player on the planet in a seven game series is a stretch. I bleed green just like all of us here, but I'm not delusional. We need Rondo just to get close. But without him it would take a miracle breakdown for the Heat to lose.

This team should win it all this year and next with Lebron playing the best basketball since his airness in chicago.

I think a rebuild during this time makes sense b'c no one is beating James except James.

People say enjoy Pierce and KG, but enjoy Lebron as well while he is at the peak of his powers because a guy like him comes along every 15-20 years.

Don't like how he operates sometimes. His move to Miami was disgusting, but this guys talent is arguably top three to ever touch a basketball.

The best player on the planet with bosh and wade in company. I agree with everything you said tho, nicely put.

Didn't have either at full strength last year against us. He beat us by himself in game 6, a game we had to have b/c no way we were getting out of a game 7  in Miami with a W.

Sure man we are on the same page.  "Proof is in the pudding".

If we had a good turn around like last year I'd buy in more but I don't see it happening yet and don't like the chances given our injuries.
