It's not the role players people. Role players are role players.  They need stars to be effective.  The problem is with KG and PP a year older, and Rondo peaking, we have no stars.

Dooling is with the team, they don't need him in the roster to get all of that.... which they're actually getting it. Rondo mentioned him a few weeks ago.

I went for Dooling. I think his effort and instensity in the few minutes he played each game really made a huge spark. Even though we really need another 7 footer, Hollins and Steamah weren't that great.

I was very tempted to choose JO however. If he was healthy he would have been, and still would be a great addition for what this team needs.
