As poorly as a lot of our guys have been playing, I'm really ticked with Doc.  His misuse of Terry has driven me nuts.  He is not Ray Allen, Doc, so stop making him strictly a spot-up shooter.

His plays at the end of the game are a joke, too.  Pierce isos don't work anymore, and I'd rather Rondo pass than shoot.

I've tried to stay optimistic all season, but this team continues to disappoint.  Avery isn't going to fix everything, we need a big.  I say Varejao, send Bass, Lee, and picks.  Do whatever needs to be done, I'm sick and tired of watching this team get pummeled night in and night out.  It's not fun.
