Fun Celtics Hypothetical (D. Howard vs. Ty Chandler)

For Basketball Reasons,  David Stern has ruled that the Celtics need to add either Dwight Howard, who recently signed a 3 year extension, or Tyson Chandler.

Who would you rather have?

Oh god. Going against the grain, I want Chandler. We don't need TWO people on the floor at the end of games that can't hit free throws. Chandler at least shoot ~70%. Also, the back thing.
