Brandon Bass does not shoot well of the dribble, Is this new?

I have noticed that Brandon Bass has a tendency to pump fake then take a dribble to the side before going for a jumpshot. When he does this, he doesn't seem to knock down his shot. I did not notice it last year, did you?

I know that I shouldn't reply to my own thread but I still have not seen him knock down a shot off the dribble this year.
