So, now I am going to go back to what I said before he was drafted (and I talked myself into him).  If a guy seems too good to be true, he probably is.  Long, athletic, productive at a high level, healthy college players are just not available late in the first round, unless there is something wrong with them.  Scouts make mistakes all the time, but very rarely by passing on guys like that.

So, if you see a guy on the board after the lottery (and certainly after 20) who was a stud in college, has great height and athleticism, and isn't missing his ACL or something, RUN.

(and yes, I am looking at you, too, Arnette Moultrie)

He was pathetic in the summer league, can't guard anyone and little sense of the game. He will be lucky to play in the d-league or europe!

Delonte or Joseph is the real ?

Given we chose not to offer Delonte a deal last year I can't imagine that his stint in Dallas would give us confidence to bring him back.

Shame as his play on the court was solid, its the issues off that seem to unravel him.

I wouldn't say he's a bust yet.  He can shoot and he can finish, which means he has the core skills needed to be a longer, more athletic Brandon Bass.

That's not to say he will achieve that, but I think he has a shot.

Question: can he sign with the Red Claws assuming that it's an NBADL contract and not an NBA contract with an option to the Developmental League?

If so, I don't see the harm in that.  He's got to be better than majority of players on that roster and he knows the system already.  We might as well give him a shot with that kind of money.
