Just over a day to go for opening tip and I am starting to get the jitters already.  I know it's only game 1 of 82 but I don't care. 

And no, I have nothing else of substance to add to this thread.

Thanks for starting something light and focused on the C's!

I am psyched too.  However, I think a win tomorrow is unlikley.  Not meaning to be a downer but the C's will probably need a little time to get running on all cylinders.

Hope we don't get knee-jerk panic threads after tomorrow night.

Anyway, I just want to see progress tomorrow and I can't wait to see this team grow together!  All starts tomorrow.

I'm super excited for Basketball to get started. I do enjoy all sports, but I'm happy for ONCE that the Celtics will have all the spotlight for winter sports in Boston. As much as I tolerate hockey, I'm happy to see what the guys at 98.5 (morning show and evening show) will speak about now that there's no hockey!!!!!

Completely disagree. I think we got.
Celtics players have been practicing specifically for this game.
Unless Lebron has some kind of out of this world game, i think we are favorites.

I'm really excited to see this bench in action tonight.  We know what we're getting with the old guard, but I can't wait to see if JG can give LeBron a couple of headaches defensively.  I'd love to see JET outshine Ray as well.  So many fun storylines, GET ME TO 8PM!
