A couple of quick reactions:
Pierce is 3.  Green and Bradley have not come close ot proving they are on par with the captain.

Collins is, at the moment, more valuable than Melo and Joseph.  Maybe time will soon change that, but I don't expect Melo or Joseph to see the floor except in blowouts -- Collins will play a few marginally competent minutes in non-blowouts.

I have five "tiers"

Tier 1: They go down, we're done
1 Rondo
2 Garnett

Tier 2: Not title threats without them
3 Pierce
4 Bradley
5 Green

Tier 3: Key rotation, at least 100 mins a night between them
6 Terry
7 Bass
8 Sully
9 Darko
10 Lee

Tier 4: Deep bench for injuries, blowouts, rest
11 Barbosa
12 Collins*
13 Wilcox

Tier 5: Rooks who shouldn't see much time at all
14 Kris Joseph
15 Fab Melo

* - moves up to 8 or so against Howard, Bynum, and the like

Interesting to see where people put Bradley...His month of April sure made an impact on some of you guys.  Crazy small sample size, finishes the season with averages of 7 points and .7 steals and a lot of you have him ranked ahead of established players like Terry, Green and Lee.

I'll say:

If either goes down we're toast:

#1 - KG
#2 - Pierce

The rest:

#3 - Rondo
#4 - Green
#5 - Lee
#6 - Terry
#7 - Barbosa
#8 - Bradley
#9 - Bass
#10 - Sullinger
#11 - Darko
#12 - Wilcox
#13 - Collins
#14 - Tyronn Lue
#15 - Joseph

My 15 =

KG
Pierce

Rondo
Jet
Lee
Bradley

Green
Bass

Darko
Wilcox

Sullinger
Barbosa

Collins
Joseph
Melo

We dont win without KG to direct the defense and Paul to make the clutch shots.

We need Rondo as the guy who sets up the offense but we could get by with someone else to bring the ball up the floor if he were temporarily out. This would not be good in the longer term.

We need athletic bigs beside KG who can score and rebound to beat some teams. Green and Bass both can score and rebound some when we need them.

We need a couple of big bangers so KG doesnt wear out. Darko and Wilcox both are willing as well as capable of doing the dirty work inside.

Their might not be enough minutes available for Sullinger and Barbosa without a few injuries but they both can contribute if they get the chance.

Agree with you on KG and Pierce.  This team is NOTHING without KG.  In the rare times when Pierce is out or struggling, the CEltics struggle.  Meanwhile, when Rondo has been out, we've surprisingly managed to cope thanks to Pierce stepping up.  Might be different this year now that we have other scorers than just Pierce.

I debated hard about Terry or Lee.  I put Lee over Terry, because he's a better defender and has proper size to play SG.  Terry is tiny... good scorer off the bench, but I'm going out on a limb and saying Lee is more valuable to this team.

You forgot Bradley in your rankings, though.  Where you putting him?

Just noticed about Bradley and fixed it, I have him in my second group. That group should probably be just Rondo and a group below with Terry, Lee and Bradley in no particular order.

I think our guard depth is very important 1-4 to make this roster viable and athletic enough to contend. The bigs will be ok IMHO with KG in place to lead them.
