I could take him leaving, but I couldn't take him bad-mouthing the organization.

Sorry Ray, you've lost the last ounce of sympathy I had for you.

I have been much too busy justifying RA.  His statements, especially him saying that his two older female fans in their Celtics Ray Allen jerseys don't belong in Miami turned me right around.  Bye, Ray.  No loyalty to fans was the  straw...loyalty is always a two way street.
yeah couldn't even believe that story when I read it, they were actually booed/kicked out of Miami's practice facility

Is there any video of this incident?

He will always be a celtic...yes because he played here. Will his number be retired? I don't think so...

Sorry, no dice.

Ray Allen will be remembered as a vagabond.

It's rather humorous, in a sad way, to watch Allen realize what he's done to tarnish his legacy here in Boston, and try fruitlessly to chase the ghost.

Pride ALWAYS comes before the fall.

maybe hes trying to discretely inform us boston fans that he is actually on a covert mission to dismantle the heat's locker room chemistry and so he can take and miss the game winner 3's in the ecf.

I don't remember any video.  The article said that D. Wade yelled to get them out of the practice facility, and Ray said that they didn't belong there.

Sorry Ray. You made your bed, now sleep. You'll forever be known as the guy who shamelessly took his talents to South Beach in order to ride King James' coattails.

If Ray is dead to KG, then he's dead to me too.

No. He has played for four teams, how can he be considered a Celtic for life?

Ray saying he'll always be a Celtic is like my ex-wife saying she'll always be my ex-wife. It's true but totally irrelevant. No one can care less!

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.

If Ray is dead to KG, then he's dead to me too.

Yep, this pretty much should sum it up.

Ray burned the bridge with the diva attitude he showed while leaving. I hope he gets booed like crazy when he comes back to the Garden.

He'll always be a Celtic as long as Rondo isn't the PG, Bradley isn't starting over him, and several plays are called for him as the ball-handler during high pick and rolls.
