If he's referring to when AB comes back, I'd say he's correct. AB will have to show that he's recovered and playing at a pretty high level to get in front of Lee. Bradley's not likely to supplant Terry's role as a microwave off the bench. That's not his game and he doesn't have the skills to be a back-up PG either. If Bradley returns to last year's late-season form, he'll end up as starter, but that's far from certain and certainly won't happen right away (barring other backcourt injuries etc, blah, blah, blah).
