I'm sure some league members have noticed that I am no longer participating in the league. I just wanted to take some time to thank all you guys for a great experience throughout the years. The way the league was run and setup was superb and you guys are some of the brightest basketball people I know. Lucky17 is simply amazing, there isn’t a better commissioner on the planet.

agreed. I'm all for retracting the Durant trade and letting Fitz learn the ins and outs of the league before making major moves for a while now that he realizes the consequences of his actions.

I would also support a 1 month hold on trades for new GMs and an online primer for them about the Pts leaugue and player values and how to approach trading a superstar.

This league is supposed to be competitive but fun, not a cuthroat league where big money is on the line so you try to screw everybody over

At the very least we need primers of some sort for first time players because of the way it's a keeper league. A new guy's actions can create a decade long result

Which is why I think we should rescind the Durant trade. It's tough to tell Bacon no you can't screw over the new GM for one of his superstar players but it's ok that Pitt did it, but now no one else can do it.

It also gives Fitz a fresh start now that he knows he should tread carefully.

I also believe the Durant trade would not have gone through if Eja was around, and the Wall trade was vetoed because Eja was back and possibly even Fitz voted to veto his own trade.

We obviously have a situation in the league right now that we haven't had before. There's a discussion about it over there. It would be nice if people would participate and care about it instead of bury their heads in the sand because it might be easier in the short run.

All GMs are complicit in the "damage" done to the league.

Want something done? Propose a motion, call for a vote. Don't tell me I need to kick someone from the league because of a vocal minority.

Fair enough. A vote is basically all I was asking for. I apologize if I was not clear and it came across as asking for you to take action alone based on just a few GMs. What I think would be best is a vote, and I would be fine with the results of it either way. Out of respect to you as commish, I didn't feel it was my place to post a poll for a vote.

Glen "Big Baby" Davis made his season debut last night and went off for 34 fan pts. He also averaged over 32 last season if I recall correctly.

He is on the trading block.
