Good to see you back, TWW.

Likewise. I'm still catching myself up though. You young guns have been busy.

Yeah, after being trounced in the finals, I had to make some moves. Replaced Luol Deng, Paul George, Ersan Ilyasova with LaMarucs Aldridge, Monta Ellis, Carlos Boozer and Brandon Jennings. Giving up George wasn't easy though.

Trade on the board:

Kwhit sends: Jeremy Lin
Kwhit receives: Designated Drinkers 2014 1st rounder

Utah Flash sends: LaMarcus Aldridge, Brandon Jennings, Designated Drinkers 2014 1st rounder
Utah Flash receives: Paul George, Luol Deng, Nando De Colo, Tony Mitchell

Designated Drinkers sends: Paul George, Luol Deng, Nando De Colo, Tony Mitchell
Designated Drinkers receives: LaMarcus Aldridge, Brandon Jennings, Jeremy Lin

Turning my evil eye back towards the fantasy league which most plagued me last season.

Glad to see you back.

For those teams who consider themselves contenders. Will "The Thrill" Bynum is available for a 2014 #2. In a mere 19 min/game, Will put up 9.8 pts & 3.6 ast (career 8.1 pts & 3.2 asts). For a likely #35-#40 pick in the draft, this is a bargain.

Bynum IS the type player that you will be longing for in March, but won't be available to you.

Make a deal for him now before your competition does.

RR's second rounder is also available for cheap if the player you want to trade is able to get 15-17 minutes of court time on a nightly basis.

Well I offered Jason Maxiell... so there you go. Ergo:

(a) you gotta beat Max

(b) you can still swoop in and get Max while BFM waits for a "better offer"

(c) "but Maxiell put up those 7 pts / 6 reb/ 1.3 blk as a starter in DET... He ain't starting no mo," you say...

Right, but it was in only 24 mpg, which he will get as the first big off the bench in ORL (and poss. starter in Big Baby's absence (i happen to think starting Tobias Harris as the PF will mess with his development...)).

(d) Max's 1.3 blk were good for 27th in the NBA last year.

Looking to package a few of these guys for one player or a future pick.  All of these guys have some decent value in one category or another.

Also, what is the deal with Yahoo! rosters?  THe rosters are up but they aren't totally correct.  My Mozgov deal with eja is not processed... and I am sure there are others.

Lucky asked teams to join Yahoo, select all of the 16 players on your team at the end of last year as your keepers. This is purely fuctional -- and DOESN'T affect who'll be on your roster for the 2013-14 season.

After cut-down day (Oct. 13... this sunday, unless Lucky extends it), he'll go into Yahoo! as the Commissioner and make the changes necessary to match the players you "kept" on Yahoo! and your real roster.

For some teams like Too Talented To Fail this will mean making no changes (so far), for others like Utah it will mean almost the entire roster changing.

But overall it will mean a lot less work for Lucky.

All clear?

In the offseason Lucky keeps up a Google Doc for the roster (and I've been updating in his absence). You can see that doc here. I think only 1 trade hasn't been reflected on the sheet.

In case this is not the trade you are referring to, it's also not reflected in the Google doc yet.

that's the one trade that hadn't been processed on the roster sheet.  It is now.

I have an open roster spot, so if anybody is looking to move a player to trim down their roster, hit me up.

If you liked the improvement from Jordan Crawford showcased last night, he is available for a second rounder.
