Dwight (number 1 hands down)

Rondo and Dwight would be immensely powerful together. Two of the top three (Garnett the other) facilitators in the game today. Nobody does more then them to help and improve their teammates.

Even an average supporting cast with no more top level talent has a chance at winning a Championship with Rondo and Dwight together on the same team.

By far the best player to pair with Rondo. Shame it didn't happen.
Offfense aside, you've got two of the best defenders in the game on a team that can NEVER be allowed a fast break.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

I like LaMarcus Aldridge too, and I almost listed him third.  But, between him and Love, I see it being more realistic to think you can acquire Love than Aldridge.  Especially, in light of Love's recent comments about his desire to win. I mean Love is quickly losing his patience in Minnesota.  They better make the playoffs next season or else he will be the next star player asking (or demanding) for a trade out of dodge.

not an all star but someone that might be a realistically attainable player is Kennith Faried. i seem to remember him and Rondo playing together during the lockout and some very nice youtube highlights

some of these might be the same play but oh well

the fact that he would also vastly improve our rebounding is a nice bonus
