  • Everyone's excited for the new era.
Davis is a given, but I really like Thomas Robinson.  I'm not sure you can call him a big, considering he's 6"8.  But he and DeMarcus Cousins are going to do big things in Sacramento(or wherever the Kings end up).

As for sleepers, I like Andrew Nicholson.  I really wanted him in this draft because I could see him becoming a Luis Scola-type guy.  He's got incredible footwork, great range, and pretty got size(6"9, 250).  Orlando should start him and have Big Baby play the role he plays best, the sixth man.

I will be rooting for Sully and Fab, of course, but they won't be in rookie of the year voting.  I could see Sully making the Rookie Second Team, though.

There will several of the talented rooks play play ALOT of minutes becasue they HAVE to...they have all been thrown on suck crud teams and will have to produce....like what happened to Bobcat players over the years and Wizards players. So they deveople all screwed up and can't play as a team. So it takes a long time for them to get on another team and start to play team NBA bastketball.

Their teams will still suck with them and getting some impresive stats  playin huge minutes .  The result will still be losses for most of the these rookies.

Here is where Sully and Fab will have a better development and mean more to their team in making the playoffs. They will come in when needed and when they can contribute in a TEAM fashion the right way.

Sully may not be the highest scoring rookie , but he will probally actually mean more interms of important minutes played and true team work for his team. His points willgo to wards a win , not another loss as most of the these lottery team will suffer.  All which will lead to a better more mature player in a few years.

In terms of basketball all around IQ and skills , Sully could well be the most talented new big man at the end of the season with all the older players and staff he have to guide him. He is gonna get a "CORRECT" NBA education.

  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.
Yeah I'll go with the unibrow.

Sully/Robinson would be my other choices.
I like Marcus Smart

Anthony Davis will produce right away for NOH.

Jared and Fab (Yes, Fab). Jared, I believe, will help us right away, while I expect Fab to help us down the road.

I am also looking forward to watching Portland and ORL games...Meyers Leonard will look good playing next to LaMarcus, and Andrew Nicholson will produce for ORL.

I still can't believe NOH took Rivers instead of pairing Davis and Myers Leonard.

houston has 3 candidates, royce white and terrence jones being the other two.

Id say valenciunas will be best rookie big, and i'll add henson to the conversation.

It'll definitely be A-Davis, but I don't think he's going to be as impressive as many expect, mainly because he's going to have trouble scoring more than 12 points or so a game.  He's not playing with any good passing guards to give him easy looks at the rim, and he has no back to the basket game and a mediocre jumper.  I think he'll be a lot more like Joakim Noah than Blake Griffin early in his career.

I think Jonas Valanciunas will surprise a lot of people because he plays in Toronto and he's a foreign player.
We need not to be let alone. We need to be really bothered once in a while. How long is it since you were really bothered? About something important, about something real?

Yeah, Cleveland should have taken him last year and been patient waiting for him to come over. It's not like Cleveland was going to win anything last year.
