Edit: Francis does actually have a disease that could impact his appearance so i won't make any assumptions about it and hope he is ok.

derrick coleman... huge wasted talent

andrew bynum - faced a lot of injuries (one bowling in the offseason), but should make the list due to his super-toxic attitude

some recent honorable mentions:

jermaine o'neal

rashard lewis - steroids?

hedo turkoglu - steroids? - looked like he was becoming a star in orlando, then went to toronto and sucked
