Tony Scott jumped off a bridge in L.A. and killed himself yesterday.  Scott is of course the director for classics such as Top Gun, Days of Thunder, Beverly Hills Cop II, and many modern action movies and is the younger brother of famed director/producer Ridley Scott.

RIP  Tony Scott

I was never a fan of his movies especially the Tom Cruise ones with the same plot.   Guy is a hothead, guy makes a mistake gets a buddy killed being a maverick, guy turns it around and lands a hottie.   But I hate to see anyone cash out that way.  May he rest in peace.
