glad we drafted sully and melo

banner 18 now runs through LA, evidently, and we play bynum a bunch in the atlantic div and playoffs.

Sully can get these guys in foul trouble with his aggressive offense, can rebound with them, and can put a body on them like glen davis.

Melo can d these guys up better than most nba centers, with top 5 defensive center upside.

Celtics were incredibly lucky to get these guys. In a normal draft, melo goes top 14, and sully goes top 5, like he def woulda last year.

I ultimately still would have preferred wroten over melo, even weeks after the draft, but this megadeal and melo's noticeable improvement since college, and getting terry and lee, makes me quite content that melo will be putting a legit body on dwight and bynum.

if sully starts vs lakers, dwight probably guards him. Little high post face up attack, with the primary goal of drawing the foul. Sully is smart like that and not afraid to take the smack.
