I need to see how the other divisions shake out. Four teams from the East won't make it.

I think New York and Boston will battle for the division. But whether the team that doesn't win the division makes the playoffs is, to me, very up in the air.

Playoff team. I'd rank the division;

1. Boston
2. New York
3. Philly
4. Brooklyn

Although I liked Kane's old Durant-Bynum duo better, I still think Westbrook-Griffin-Gasol will be good enough to win the division.
PHX Suns: Russell Westbrook, Chris Bosh, Tristan Thompson, Trevor Ariza, Tony Allen, Trey Lyles, Corey Brewer, Larry Nance Jr., Trey Burke, Troy Daniels, Joffrey Lauvergne, Justin Holiday, Mike Muscala, 14.6

Philly: Too bad, I think they could have potentially challenged for the division title had the GM not cut and run during the second week. The makings of a deep and balanced roster (unlike the other teams in the division).

I'm not sure how far off the playoffs they are now. We'll have to wait out the rest of the conference, but deep teams typically get a few more wins than their top talent says they should. Plus, Lawson, Pekovic, and especially Turner could all be due for jumps forward, and who knows how good De Colo can be next season. Their second unit is an expansion team's starting 5, which is a compliment, not a knock. They should have a fresh five at just about everytime they're on the floor, and they don't have a sexy team that will motivate older guys to play 110%.

I could easily see them getting enough Ws for a playoff spot.

They may. They won't get my vote, though. I just can't reward a half-assed job.

I agree I guess. Ever since the OhioCsfan team with I think Wade/Oden that got to the second round of the playoffs, I've been sour on voting for an abandoned team.

Did the presser because I really liked the squad though. It's m kinda team..scrappy, lots of potential, no players I really dislike for one reason or another..lots of underdogs who beat the expectations. It's a team I'd like rooting for.

Me too. Wanna make the playoffs? Then have the GM make sure they finish drafting and putting together a team. This isn't the first time CFF has done this and I don't see that we should enable that type of thing by voting teams with GMs that do that into the playoffs.

Its unfair to you IP to have to pick up the slack and defend two teams and unfair to guys that went the full distance and put lots of time and effort into making their teams.

Sorry...my bad. Apologize CFF. Point still stands though.

I know your presser isn't til tomorrow nick, but I can't help from looking at your roster that you should've made one more move. Maybe Faried and Lee for Eric Gordon or something, or moved Jonas v.

Something to free up a Ibaka/Montie frontcourt getting lots of play. With Lin playing the pick and pop game with Ibaka and Montie.

Wasn't a question, smart guy. It was an observation.

Fair enough...still I don't want to take away from the Atlantic Division teams by commenting on your observation of my Southwest Division team in their thread.
