With the offseason in limbo right now and little to talk about, I was wondering what you guys thought the most lopsided trades in NBA history?

Charles Barkley for Jeff Hornacek, Andrew Lang and Tim Perry. Dude went on to win the mvp in his first year in Phoenix, and Philadelphia ran Hornacek out of town after only one season.

Kevin Garnett for Al Jefferson, Ryan Gomes, Gerald Green, Theo Ratliff, Sebastian Telfair, and 2 1st round picks.

All those guys were gone in 3 years or less, and we got a HOF big man who will go down as the best defensive big man to wear green since Russell. We oughta thank McHale for helping the team he played for instead of the enemy. Maybe this wouldnt have been so lopsided had we indluded Rondo instead of Bassy. Then again maybe McHale knew Rondo's potential and figured Rondo's prime better be spent on a contender.

Marc Gasol's not nothing. Not the best trade, but at least Memphis got SOMETHING.

nash wasnt a lopsided trade the suns got something for nash either way he was going to walk on them

#3 was a lopsided trade? Trading for a 38 year old with a bad back for quite a few first round picks? I'm pretty sure the Lakers will regret this trade when Nash gets hurt and they realize their medical staff is nowhere near as good as the Suns.

Which is worse, the Bucks trading Kareem to the Lakers for four guys no one remembers (well, maybe some people remember Junior Bridgeman) or the draft day trade of Pat Garrity and the rights to Dirk Nowitzki for the rights to Robert "Tractor" Traylor?

  You really think that any of those trades are more lopsided than Parrish and McHale for Joe Barry Carroll?

Joe Barry was a #1 pick

Lakers just get gifted players with no rhyme or reason that is why the owners when they had the chance nixed the Chris Paul deal

joe barry career 17 pts a game, nearly 8 rebounds, 1.8 blocks 1 all star appearance sounds ok right?
robert parish (special note this is including his last 3 or 4 years when he shouldn't have even played, lowering all his average)
14.5 pts a game, 9 rebounds, 1.5 blocks, 9 all star appearances, hall of fame
ok right there its lop sided but not REALLY horrible, wait kevin mchale was also part of the deal  ::)
mchale 18 pts, 7 rebounds, 1.7 blocks, 7 all stars, all defensive team more than a few years, hall of fame and one of the greatest interviews ever
