Send me offers for anybody besides Steve Nash. (Unless you're Lucky17, Who, or wdleehi)

Can I send offers from Detroit?

Oh yeah, Rebus, too. Reason I mentioned their names is because I will only trade Nash for CP3, D-Will, and Rondo.

Everyone but Durant so:

Ellis
Calderon
Beasley
Hawes
S jack
Artest
Etc...

Why did you decide to blow up your team?

The Andrew Bynum and Kevin Durant combo was widely regarded as one of the strongest (if not the strongest) 1-2 punch in the league.

I'm one of the few, but I think Gasol is a better player than Bynum.

I think Bynum is better but I don't think it's substantial. Both all stars with similar numbers. Bynum definitely plays with better players so it makes life easier. I don't think the difference between the two was great enough to make me pass up on an asset like Ellis.

I can see that argument, KC.

Gasol hasn't been suspended for boneheaded plays. Cleaner bill of health? Better motor?

All of the above. Also a more versatile player who you don't have to force feed for him to make an all star calibre impact.

Better passing. Better jump-shot.

There are situations where I prefer Marc Gasol to Andrew Bynum. The current Lakers for example. I think Gasol would get more out of Nash and his brother Pau than Bynum will. Mainly because of his ability to play in the high post (as well as the low post).

However, that (previous) Boston squad was built very well around Bynum's strengths. It maximized his game and all the pieces functioned well around him. Everything worked together. It needed Bynum's shot-creation as a second option.

Not so sure about the mix post-trade with Marc Gasol here with the Celtics. It looks questionable to me ... but it sounds like Kane is thinking about more moves so I suppose I should wait until I see what they may be.

I think it'll be hard to better what he had previously. Not impossible but difficult.
