I submit if you would waaaaayyyy rather have a soda than a beer in most all circumstances then you probably dislike that beer

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Its not up there, but Corona is close enough.

Jimmy Buffet's 'Landshark' is the worst beer ever made. Corona isn't much better. People will say, "Yeah, but have you ever had it on the beach in Key West while the surf gently washes behind you and..."

Well, yeah I have. And it was awesome. But know what? I could've been drinking dolphin urine and if I'm on a beach in Key West, I bet I think its awesome. That's what beaches in Key West do to people. Or, are you unawares of the music of Jimmy Buffet?

If someone gave you a night with Kate Upton, but unbeknownst to you, they played nickleback the entire time you were physically in the same room as Ms. Upton, you'd probably tell your friends, "Hey man, you guys should really give Nickleback a shot. They're not so bad."

BUT THEY ARE. Its Kate Upton that's awesome.

Honorable Mentions: Bud Light, St. Paulie's Girl.

I'd say beer with fruit in it is terrible, but that's unfair. A lot of summer beers have lemon zest, and I've had too mean blueberry stouts that blew my mind to think all fruit beers are bad. Just magic hat #9. That one is terrible.

Miller Lite...none come close

It literally turns my stomach in knots.  I haven't had one in 25+ years.  If it's the only choice I'll go w/o a beer.

Yup

I felt like Natty Ice was really going to the college level.  Busch. That should be there

I live next to World Of Beers in West Palm (its a nice place, expensive but nice) I've had a lot of good beer down here...but nothing is worse that back when I used to play Beiruit in my doom room and have to reach down and see an unused case of Busch at 3 AM...that was always sucking it up. So while I'm not a fan of landshark at all...nothing and I mean nothing is worse than Busch. Except maybe Mikes Hard Lemonade or Woodys Ice (you used to be able to get it at a corner store in eastie, but I don't know what happened) but that isn't real beer though.

I haven't tried most of the beers in the list, but I voted Bud. I was in Boston in March for the first time - first time in the States also - and thought it would be a good idea to try a Budweiser. I couldn't have been more wrong. Worst spent money ever. I assume that's how ditch water must taste.

Most disgusting beer in my home country Holland by the way is Amstel. The best is Hertog Jan. By far. If you guys ever get the chance to trie it, make sure you do. Just so sweet.

The worst beer I've ever had is Bud Ice Light.  But I don't think they make that anymore.

Among the low-end beers, probably Milwaukee's Best Ice (see a pattern?).  For better stuff, Heineken is horrible when it's skunked, which it always seems to be.  It's ok when it's not, though.

They have the Hertog down at World of Beers, I agree its great beer. Also try Holy Grail Ale when you get the chance its imported but its really good stuff. Amstel is terrible too

Hands down Corona.

All light beer and generally all beers except Sam Adams that you've ever seen on a commercial suck.  The problem is that Corona charges significantly more without giving anything else but a marketing campaign and a lime.

I have put likes in the likes of PBR and Miller High Life and told people they are Corona and no one can ever tell the difference.

Another beer fact: light, no temperature damages beer the most. Corona comes in clear bottles. Do the math.

My runner up on value is Guinness. It is flavorless Stout that has nitrogen on it to make it creamy.  People who don't drink fancy beet love it because it makes them feel like they are drinkin fancy beer. But in reality it's about as flaivorless as any mainstream beer, but had a creamy flaivor due to the nitro to make it taste a little better.  I could tolerate it at Miller Lite prices, but it is a complete rip off at the price they charge.

I second this post in almost its entirety, except for the fact I think magic hat #9 is ok.

But corona is the worst beer of all time. "Try it with lime in it, it's great!" Actually, I'll have you know that a LOT of p----tasting light beers taste alright if you put in sufficient lime. I've tried it. Hell, Colt 45 is pretty good with enough lime in it. Still doesn't make Corona a decent beer.
