...Because JET, Lee, Green, and Wilcox just isn't enough energy off our bench! But seriously, We have a top 3 PG in the league and a 6th man of the year candidate backing him up, we should sign a PG that can contribute off the, literal, bench. He's a high energy guy and a vet that can handle the ball if JET or , god forbid, Rondo is out for a stretch. He would give so much energy on the bench and is reliable on the court.

The issue is this: in a 1-on-1 game, could Robinson actually beat some of our rotation players in the backcourt?  Maybe.  And he could probably beat whoever we have as third string.

But the NBA isn't a 1-on-1 tournament.  As the third string PG, we need a steady hand who can step in, run the team, and play tough defense in limited minutes with limited opportunities to score for himself.

Nate Robinson doesn't fit that bill.  In the 3rd string PG spot, Doc would never let him jack the shots that he'd like to take, and he doesn't have the PG skills to help in other areas.

I'd much rather see Dooling who can run the team reasonably well (for a 3rd string PG), hits open shots, and plays tough defense while being a great locker room presence.

No particularly keen on bringing Robinson and his throw up shots at all costs attitude.

All due respeck to the Green, anyone not named KG, Pierce or Rondo is on the block when it comes to a Scal, Nate, or Perk. Just the way it's gotta be.

I'm really hoping that Danny ends up re-signing Mickael Pietrus and Keyon Dooling to round out the roster.
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson
