Lee MP 30.3   RB 2.7 PPG 11.4 Asst 1.5  FG .433% 3p%.401 FT% .826

Ray MP 34.0   RB 3.1 PPG 14.2 Asst 2.4  FG .458$ 3p%.453 FT% .915

Conclusion Ray was the slightly better player this year although he got almost 4 minutes a game more per game. Lee is younger and certainly can develop into a player better than Ray in the next two years. His second year with the Nets I thought he had a really bright future. He leveled off since then.

The numbers are a nice reminder that Ray can still play, but I will say that they hide two major factors:

1) Defense
2) Health

IMO Ray isn't capable of playing 30MPG for a full season and remaining healthy any more, and will experience a significant decline in overall skills every year. Lee on the other hand should be just entering his prime.

Too bad he cant stay on a team for more than one year. Means something.

Exactly people underestimate that alot. When you got the best passing PG in the league getting you the ball and you're the best shooter in history its kinda easy to get those numbers. Still LEE is younger more athletic and a better defender and id rather have him over ray no doubt.

Exactly. Lee and Green are going to have monster years playing with Rondo.
