Rondo/ Terry/ Jamar Smith
Lee/Bradley/ Xmas
Pierce/ Green / Joseph
Bass/Sully/Blatche
KG/Wilcox/Melo

Jamar Smith - I am picking him because earlier in the week there was thread out there with a Tweet from his agent congratulating him on the signing, and in DOC Rivers chat at halftime he stated how much he loved to watch him and XMas play.

Xmas - ( see Jamar Smith ) The kid is balling and everyone sees it.  Not calling him an all star or anything but he deff. earned a spot on an NBA team.  Why not ours?

Blatche -  this is a shot in the dark but I really think this guy can change his knucklehead ways within the Celtics culture.  He could be the 1st BIG off the bench if KG does that 5,5,5 thing again. ( Athletic Big to run with Rondo )
I would be happy with ( Darko/ Anderson/ Steamer/ or any other big for that matter ) but I would really like to see Blatche.

Last but not least - I had a post out there title "IMO ... Ainges only FA mistake " and I take it back.  I really though a SG (Mayo, Lee ) was not possible and felt bass would have been better used for a S&T.  DA has proved me wrong, and had one of his best offseasons now.

starters:

Rondo, Lee, Pierce, Bass, KG

rotation bench:

Terry, Bradley, Green, Sully, Wilcox

deep bench:

Christmas, Joseph, Melo, ummm maybe Jamar Smith and possibly Pietrus?

seems like we need one more big but I can't think of any right now (NOT Blatche)

I would be pretty disappointed if we finished the roster with Smith, Christmas, and Blatche.  We're a win now team; we don't need more rookies and reclamation projects.

I'm hoping for Dooling and Stiemer or Chris Andersen.  If the team wants to gamble on Blatche at that point, fine, but we need to round out the rest of the roster with legit players first.

I'm pretty sure KG loathes Blatche...I can't imagine seeing a knucklehead like that in green.

I tend to agree with Greenteam, this team needs veterans and already has three rookies on the roster.  I bet they bring back Peitrus just for depth and the good locker room presence, plus he knows their system.  Too bad Kahn will probably give Steimer a stupid contract.

Also, didn't Anderson get arrested this year for allegedly having child ****ography in his home?  Yeesh.

i think we should keep the BAE till mid season so we see how injuries play out cause we all know theyre going to happen. fill the roster w/ D-leaguers

Last I heard, Andersen was a victim of an extortion case by some crazy fan. But that was a while ago.

I don't believe he was arrested.  There's an investigation, but reports have suggested that Andersen may be the victim of an extortion attempt by a woman who claimed she was of age.

The Blatche was something I would like to see.  As for Smith and Xmas I agree with you,  but  after hearing DOC say that I think they may be the guys.

Again. Can't we sign them as emergency emergency backups? Like D-League for the entire season?

Blatche I'm scared and interested.

Give me Joseph on the team!

And no Blatche, yuck!

We need a C.  I'm sticking with Birdman I think he'd be a perfect fit.

I have been wrong before, but Pietrus is not coming back at this point.  He wont take the Vet min. and I think C's use the BAE on a big.

rondo
lee
pp
bass
kg

green
terry
ab
sully
wilcox
melo

i think we know those 11 guys for sure. arent we allowed to have 15 total? somebody correct me if im wrong. but in any case, here is my list of guys (in order of importance) for the team:

1. dooling (we only have terry is our backup pg, so we need some insurance in the event he or rondo gets injured, and now that moore is gone)

2. pietrus/quisy (we need a wing who can help with minutes guarding lebron/wade/melo/joe johnson/granger, etc.

3. big guy (just see last year for why we need another big)

4. one of the young guns (joseph, xmas, smith)
