Great trade for Atlanta. Bad one for Cleveland.

Anything new in Cleveland? (i seriously can't get a hold of this game, just can't).

Was is it the Hamptons' DUI?

Well, not sure you should take the advice of a guy who has never had success at this game - but I think much of Cleveland's struggles involves moving players for lesser talents and/or lower picks when the team could've gotten far better value trading the picks pre-draft.

I know some don't like to discuss drafted players as simply the sum of their draft position, but for example, nobody gets traction offering a 10th and 11th package for a 7th - and Kidd was a solid pick at 7.12.

I've also liked most of your draft choices, I'm not sure what move began your steady roster churn?

Cleveland selects Skip..., i mean Jerryd Bayless who was a very efficient scorer last season. Something this team needs off the bench.

(or whatever, like it matters now  ;D).

great pick

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Sweet. I had this guy targeted in the 9th and I'm happy he fell. I'm also happy that Rondo traded his pick so he wouldn't snipe him in front of me. I'll grab Tyler Hansbrough and add some Welker-ish scrappiness to my front court.

CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

That makes 3 guys who were on the Pacers last season.

Who had 3 in the 'Pacers Champ Is Gonna Draft' pool? Well whoever it was, you're sittin pretty.

jgod takes Richard Jefferson and Dione Waiters.
Ah, dang it. Richard Jefferson was the only guy I really wanted in this round.

I was surprised he slipped this far. I think he is still a pretty solid guy in the 8th or 9th round. Good two way player with very weak rebounding.

I like Bayless for an undersized two. Worth mentioning that he was one of only 12 under-24 guards to post a PER above 17. And he shot a hot, career high, 42% from behind the arc.

I don't trust him to run an offense though and he looks best when getting more minutes than he probably deserves.

Efficient long bomb shooter. 42% from three. Not bad right.

True. I like that Roy and him have some sort of familiarity. Everyone can agree that Roy is capable enough to run an offense, and Cleveland will make them play together most of the time.
